What are Microgreens?

Microgreens, which are herbs, vegetables, and other plants harvested early in their lives, have extraordinary taste, aesthetic appeal, and are highly nutritious. They are often called "gourmet greens" because traditionally you would find them only in fine restaurants in salads, signature dishes, and drinks.

Microgreens have many wonderful qualities that we think you’ll love. They have a variety of flavors ranging from sweet to savory to earthy to spicy. They also have varied textures and are quite beautiful, with appealing reds, yellows, greens, and purples. Plus, you can harvest and eat them within minutes while they are in their most nutritionally rich state.
